Contact
One address, read by a person, usually answered within a few days.
Email hello@puzzleandprint.com.
There is deliberately no contact form here. A form would mean collecting your details through a third-party service, and the whole point of this site is that it does not collect anything. A plain email address is simpler and you keep a copy of what you sent.
Worth including
If something is broken, these details make it much faster to fix:
- Which tool, and the address of the page you were on
- What you chose — grid size, difficulty, number of cards, and so on
- What went wrong, and whether it was on screen, in the PDF, or on paper
- Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a computer
What we can help with
- Something printing incorrectly, being clipped, or looking wrong
- A puzzle that will not generate, or a word that will not fit when it should
- Suggestions for word lists, themes, or tools you would use
- Accessibility problems — these get priority
- Questions about using the sheets in a classroom or business
What we cannot help with
We cannot recover a puzzle you made earlier. Nothing you generate is saved anywhere, including by us, so there is no history to look up. If you want to keep a puzzle, download the PDF — it will be identical every time as long as the settings are the same.
